DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note that we currently cover delivery costs via Nova Posta within Moldova, Ukraine, and Romania. If you are ordering from outside these regions, we are happy to make shipping arrangements to other destinations at your expense. Please contact us directly, and we will be glad to advise you on delivery options for your region.

If you require an alternate or faster delivery option, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.

For US customers: please be aware that US customs may request your IRS, EIN, or SSN number before authorizing delivery to your address.
 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please be aware that you may need to pay VAT, local sales taxes, as well as any import duties and taxes. If the Delivery At Place (DAP) option is selected, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. You may, however, be responsible for paying these charges directly to the courier to release your order from customs. As we cannot provide the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your merchandise is picked up by our courier for delivery, you will be notified directly with all relevant tracking information.
 

RETURNS

Please note that we only accept returns within 14 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned merchandise must comply with our returns policy:

  • Merchandise must be in its original, saleable condition, with all original tags attached. Items can be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with the size of your order, you can return the item(s) for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. In case the desired size is unavailable, we can offer a credit toward your next purchase or a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We will cover the delivery costs for exchanges if you wish to select a different size or exchange the item for another. This offer is valid only for first-time exchanges and will not be extended if there is repeated misuse of our customer service efforts.

    RETURNS CHECKLIST:

  • Merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery.

  • Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of bodies (intimate apparel).

  • Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • To ensure a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor return behavior and reserve the right to restrict future orders if your return activity violates our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • We recommend using our trusted courier for returns within the regions we cover. If you are outside the current coverage area or would like to use a different courier, we will accept your package as long as it complies with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Always choose a trusted courier that requires signature confirmation upon delivery.
